Subscribe & Save is built to protect your routine, never to lock you in. You can skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no minimum number of deliveries.
At a glance

How to cancel
- Log in to your account on avennura.com and open Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to change.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. The cancellation applies right away and we send you an email confirming it.

When a cancellation takes effect
Cancellations, skips, pauses and changes apply to every recurring order that has not yet been billed. To stop your next delivery, cancel or skip before your next billing date. You can see that date in your account at any time, and we send a reminder email 3 days before each recurring order is charged.
Orders that were already billed before you cancelled are prepared and shipped as placed. They are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
Billing and renewal
When you subscribe, you authorize Avennura and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically for each recurring order at the frequency you chose at checkout, until you cancel. Unless a different frequency is stated at purchase, subscription orders renew every 30 days. Your 20% subscription saving applies to every recurring order, and every order ships free within the United States. Three days before each renewal we email you a reminder with the upcoming order, so there are no surprise charges.
If a renewal payment cannot be processed, we email you right away, retry the payment, and send a final notice before the last attempt, so you have time to update your payment method. If the payment is still not completed, the order does not ship.
Refunds on subscription orders
- The first delivery of each subscribed formula is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- Later deliveries that arrive unopened can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our standard return terms.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries are replaced or refunded in full.

Pausing instead of cancelling
Traveling or still have plenty left? You can skip your next delivery or pause your subscription and pick it back up whenever you are ready, while keeping your subscription price. Every skip, pause and restart is confirmed by email.
