Subscribe & Save is our answer to that Tuesday. It is not a membership, not a commitment device, and never a trap. It is a standing arrangement between you and your own routine, and you hold every key to it.

What every subscription includes

• 20% off every order. Not just the first one. Every delivery, for as long as you subscribe.
• Free US shipping, always. Every Avennura order ships free. Subscriptions are no exception.
• Deliveries matched to your supply. One bottle is a 30 day course, and your next delivery arrives on a 30 day rhythm. Need more than one bottle per delivery, for two people or a double course? Choose your quantity on the product page and every bottle keeps the full subscription price.
• No membership fee, ever. You pay for products and applicable taxes. Nothing else.
• Total control from your account. Pause, skip a delivery, change quantity, or cancel in a few clicks. No phone calls, no forms, no guilt.

You stay in control

Log in to your account and open Subscriptions. From there you can:

• Skip your next delivery when you are traveling or stocked up
• Pause the subscription and pick it back up when you are ready
• Update your payment method or shipping address
• Cancel entirely, effective for all future orders

Changes and cancellations take effect immediately for any order that has not yet been billed. We will never make leaving harder than joining. A brand that needs to lock the door does not trust what is inside the room. We do.

What arrives in every delivery

The convenience only matters if the product deserves the routine. Every bottle we ship, first order or fifteenth, is held to the same documented standard:

• Made in the USA in an NSF certified, FDA registered facility under cGMP (21 CFR Part 111)
• Every production lot tested by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory for heavy metals and microbial safety
• A Certificate of Analysis for every lot, available whenever you ask

The formal terms

Plain language above, precise language below. Both describe the same promise.

Enrollment and renewal

Unless a different frequency is expressly stated at purchase, subscription orders renew every 30 days. Before your first subscription purchase, the product price, subscription savings, billing frequency and other material terms are displayed at checkout. By completing a Subscribe & Save purchase you authorize Avennura and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically for each recurring order until you cancel. You do not need to place renewals manually.

Pricing

Your 20% subscription savings apply to every recurring order. Promotional codes or introductory offers applied to a first order apply only to that order unless expressly stated otherwise. Recurring orders are charged at the subscription price applicable when the renewal is processed. Automatic discounts do not stack; where more than one offer could apply, the larger saving applies at checkout. There is no membership or program fee.

Shipping

Every subscription order ships free within the United States via standard shipping.

Changes and cancellation

You may skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account. Changes take effect for any recurring order that has not yet been billed. Orders already billed are fulfilled as placed and covered by our standard return terms.

Refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our 30 day money-back guarantee and our standard Refund Policy. If a delivery is not right, write to us and we will make it right.
