Our Approach to Reviews
Trust matters more than a perfect rating.
We believe customer feedback should provide useful and honest context rather than create unrealistic expectations.
Where reviews are collected and displayed by Avennura or a third-party review platform, we aim to present them in a manner that does not materially misrepresent the substance of the customer feedback received.
Review Moderation
Avennura may moderate customer-submitted content for legitimate reasons, including spam, fraudulent content, unlawful material, threats, harassment, profanity, personally identifiable information, irrelevant content, duplicate submissions, or content that violates applicable platform or legal requirements.
Formatting, spelling, or presentation may be adjusted where appropriate, but we do not intend to alter the substantive meaning of a customer’s experience in a way that would materially misrepresent what the customer communicated.
Verified Purchase Labels
Where a review is identified as a “Verified Purchase” or with similar language, that designation is intended to indicate that the review system has associated the reviewer with a qualifying purchase according to the applicable platform’s verification process.
Reviews without such a designation should not automatically be interpreted as verified purchases.
Incentivized Reviews & Material Connections
From time to time, an individual may receive a complimentary product, discount, compensation, affiliate commission, or another material benefit in connection with providing content about an Avennura product.
Where required, material relationships of this nature should be disclosed clearly and appropriately so customers can understand the relationship associated with the review or endorsement.
Receiving a product or other benefit does not change the expectation that the individual provide an honest opinion of their experience.
Product Information Comes First
Reviews can provide additional perspective, but they should not replace the product information provided by Avennura.
